DAKOTA versions 3.0 through 4.2+ are available under a GNU General Public License (GPL).
JAGUAR DAKOTA GUI
JAGUAR 2.0 (and newer) proper is available under a BSD-like license (see LICENSE in the distribution). However binary distributions include components of the Eclipse Workbench and therefore may be subject to the terms of the Eclipse Public License.
